Gene Simmons is facing a lawsuit filed by a female radio personality who claims that the Kiss bassist made “several aggressive, unwarranted sexual advances” toward her during a November interview at Rock & Brews restaurant in San Bernardino, California, according to the San Bernardino Sun.
As reported by the Sun, the lawsuit alleges that during the interview, Simmons “forcefully placed (the woman’s hand) on his knee and held it on his knee”. The lawsuit also alleges that even though she immediately removed her hand, Simmons’ continued his “unwanted sexual advances” by reaching for it again. And then later, “turned standard interview questions into sexual innuendos,” and commented on how the woman “must use lotion” on her hands and “forcibly flicked/struck” her throat.
This lawsuit follows Simmons’ earlier behavior during a Fox News office visit in which he engaged in “inappropriate and sexist antics,” according to the Daily Beast.
Which is nice as sincerity has always been one of Gene’s stronger suits.
